The process we use to properly maintain your home or commercial property involves us spending a few hours with you (if possible) reviewing your home or commercial structure. This one-time evaluation will provide us, and yourself, with important information about the current condition of your most valuable investment. By spending this time with us reviewing all areas that we evaluate, you will gain a better understanding of how and why things function within your home or property and how we develop our service plan for it. During our initial evaluation, you can expect us to do the following:
- Conduct a basic structural and maintenance assessment of the building and surrounding landscape.
- Review your monthly maintenance budget with you, taking note of any important future needs or wishlists.
- Take note of such things as heating and air conditioning filter sizes/brands, the types of light bulbs used, and the consumable materials necessary for property maintenance.
- Measure the heights of ceilings, gutters, and roofs so we always have the right ladder with us to do the job.
- Photograph exteriors, basements, and crawlspaces to develop a long-term log of conditions to help project future maintenance needs.
Once this assessment is finished, we will review this list with you and form a complete maintenance and service program customized for your property and budget. Once this plan has been developed and implemented, it will be performed by our fully-trained service and maintenance technicians, each of whom are thoroughly screened to ensure your safety and security. For larger repairs or renovations that fall outside the scope of our services, we also provide referrals to contractors that specialize in these types of improvements.
Our services can be scheduled throughout the year depending on both the needs of the building owner and the maintenance requirements of the building itself. They cover all recommendations outlined in our initial assessment plan as well as any general services required to keep your property both functional and safe. Although our service plans vary based on the age and type of building, you can rest assured that all plans have been designed to completely maintain a property from top-to-bottom and inside-and-out.
