You must have neat appearance, be dependable, drive a clean and reliable vehicle, own your own tools, and be willing to take the extra step to please the client. Sub-contractors must have proof of insurance, excellent references, and pass a background check. This is an excellent year-round opportunity for retired folks who are not yet ready to retire and want to work part-time or full. Good pay to those who qualify.
